Suspect was being held in temporary custody outside a private residence. Preparations were being made to transfer the suspect to a medical facility, where he would be held in suspended animation for several weeks before being released. (translation: I had a tank set up with dirt for Bubba to dig into when pupating, but somehow he managed to escape from the butterfly cage that I'd left open and propped on top of the dirt, and I haven't seen him since)
