Dear Winter,
You were fun at first. The snow was beautiful, wearing wool was fun, and the river looked amazing. Then you dropped a foot and a half of snow on us earlier this month, snow that is still lingering in mucky piles beside every driveway and road in the area. I think it's time we end this relationship before things get any uglier.

Don't these little Sedums look like cabbage heads? Spring and summer are indeed just around the corner. Sorry you were hit so hard this winter with snow, we had just a dusting in DC so far - but don't count out April! K's mom

We had six Robin's out on the front lawn last night (Southern Ontario), and one actually found a worm!!
