That is just shameful!!
Hillary Lang at Wee Wonderfuls designs patterns, which she sells on the internet. She designed the robot and spaceboy a while ago, and the patterns have been for sale ever since. Now this other company is making toys that are exact copies of her patterns, at a factory in the Philippines, and selling them with no mention of Hillary or attribution or royalties or even permission to use the pattern. And the tags say they were designed in Australia, while Hillary is in Chicago.
Fuckwits.
This seems like a rather straight forward copyright infringement. Has she written a cease-and-decist letter to the infringing manufacturer?
