Peggy was flattered to have the tugboat named after her. She was the first to get her picture taken in the cutout.
Peggy is one of the "people who get things done" at the Kalmar Nyckel. The KN is a working replica of the sailing ship that brought the Swedish settlers to Delaware in 1638. The Tugboat Fest was held in the KN shipyard in Wilmington. More info is available on the ship on the internet.
