Are these regular bubbles from the kids bubble blower that have frozen on a cold night?

No, we haven't had a chance. It's been snowing pretty much every evening since I posted this, which I don't think would be good for the bubbles.
Also, it's cold as a witch's backside out there, and nice and warm in front of the television. Not much of a question where I'll be, at least right now.
