Do you think there's a 12-step program for me?

You know how strong the Ikea assembly addiction is? We spent the night at some friends' house last night, partially to keep me from messing with the stuff in the living room.

Of course, the gigantic meal they cooked for us (ham! sweet potato casserole! fresh biscuits!) and the hours of gaming after the kids went to bed might have had something to do with the decision to go over there, but the Ikea Avoidage was definitely a factor. So very sad, my life is.

It is not a 12 step program but if you cut off one of the dozens of allen wrenches that you have and put it in your electric screwdriver you can assemble the cabinets a lot quicker. Knowing your addiction to IKEA stuff it is only a matter of "when" not "if" in the matter of assembly!
Good luck,
Dad

See? Totally an enabler.

And ironically, the cabinets assemble with a phillips head screwdriver and a hammer. I don't even need to take a hacksaw to an allenwrench for this job!
